なかめ公園橋は、東京都目黒区中目黒に位置する歩行者専用橋で、
1990年代後半（平成10年前後）に行われた中目黒公園整備および目黒川沿川再整備事業の一環として架けられました。

この時期の中目黒エリアでは、
「川を背にする街」から「川と共に暮らす街」への転換が進められ、
なかめ公園橋も生活動線と景観演出を兼ねた橋として計画されています。

最寄り駅は 中目黒駅（東急東横線・日比谷線）。
駅から徒歩約8〜9分で目黒川沿いに到着します。
恵比寿駅からも徒歩圏内でアクセス可能です。
